A telephone befriending service is available to older people in Monmouthshire who are feeling lonely or isolated during this time. The Volunteering for Wellbeing project has volunteers who are DBS cleared, trained and keen to provide regular encouraging and friendly phone calls to people to lift their spirits and reconnect them to their community.
