Liz Knight (Forage Fine Foods) will be sharing her hints and tips for a delicious wild Christmas, including her very special mincemeat.

The Preservation Society & Wye Valley Cheese
Fri 12th December at 11.30
Angharad Underwood of The Preservation Society will show you how to make fabulous Clementine Whisky – the perfect Christmas or New Year’s tipple. Try her delicious chutnies and relishes, the perfect combination with Wye Valley Cheese for your Christmas cheese board.

Free mince pies for residents offer!
