Meend Farm News 5

We are delighted to be welcoming Alex Gooch, award winning artisan baker, to the farm. Alex’s bread, made with heritage grains and techniques, is renowned and served in hotels and restaurants up the border as well as in Monmouth’s own Flavours Deli.

We have a fantastic range of new courses in addition to our old favourites this Spring. We’re covering everything from Edible Gardening to making Willow pea frames and hurdles, Spring Flowers – making a bouquet and table arrangement, to Teenage Cookery Skills with MasterChef Finalist Koj.
