The national helpline (see poster below) is open, but experiencing huge volumes of calls. Calling the local office direct (an option that is not normally available) should be much easier.
Monmouthshire County Citizens Advice is still taking calls and has volunteers ready to call you back if you need advice.
Call your local office between 10am to 1pm.
Outside of these hours, or if the line is busy, leave a message and we will call you back.

Due to the impact of Coronavirus in our community we have closed down all face to face services until further notice.
The notice below shows the newly set up telephone number for Gwent which will be answered by staff and volunteers across the region.
We regret having to close face to face services but I am sure you can understand our reasoning and we will continue to provide telephone and webchat advice with a reduced team of staff and volunteers.
