At approximately 15:30 hours Monday 14th April 2014, a home at Penygarn Road, Penallt, Monmouth was burgled whilst the owners were not at home. A slim male was seen to run from the burgled property and drove away in a small white vehicle. This vehicle was around the size of a Ford Focus.

A second burglary was reported in a property in Lone Lane later on the same day.
