Thank you to all the people locally who have donated money, clothes for disadvantaged or orphaned babies and children, shoes and boots, school books, tools, and especially for all the VERY glamorous bras given to Wendy and myself to take out to Kenya soon for women affected by HIV (I think we have almost 100 bras!). Thank goodness we get ‘charity’ luggage allowance !
We are part of a small group of volunteers going to Kisumu and then Maua in Kenya. We will be working to complete the carpentry workshop HATW started two years ago, and then travel on to a school for handicapped children.
