Continuing the Art in Penallt theme, Tony Hancock shines in this very British comedy about an eccentric, tired of his humdrum London office existence, who re-invents himself as a famous and talented artist in Paris. Seemingly his enthusiasm outstrips his talent until he gains real notoriety through a classic mix-up. A good supporting cast with script by the reliable Galton & Simpson.
